Who I Am

This website is operated by Tony Skoryk, a freelance web developer based in Kyiv, Ukraine. You can reach me at tony@zenmarkup.com or through the contact form.

What Data I Collect

I collect only the information you voluntarily provide through the contact form:

• Name — to address you personally
• Email address — to respond to your inquiry
• Message — the content of your request

I do not use analytics, tracking scripts, or third-party cookies. No data is collected automatically beyond what is technically necessary for the website to function.

Why I Collect It

I process your data based on legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) — specifically, to respond to your inquiry and discuss potential collaboration. I do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or any other purpose.

How Long I Keep It

Contact form submissions are stored for 12 months from the date of submission. After that period, they are permanently deleted. If our communication leads to a business relationship, relevant correspondence may be retained for the duration of that relationship and any applicable legal retention periods.

Cookies

This website uses only essential cookies required for basic functionality (session management, security tokens). These cookies are strictly necessary and do not require your consent under the ePrivacy Directive. I do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party tracking.

Third Parties

Your data is not shared with, sold to, or accessed by any third parties, with one exception:

• Hostinger — the hosting provider, which processes data on EU-based servers under their own Data Processing Agreement

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data I hold about you
• Rectification — ask me to correct inaccurate data
• Erasure — ask me to delete your data (“right to be forgotten”)
• Restriction — ask me to limit how I process your data
• Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country of residence.

Data Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Form inputs are sanitized and validated server-side. No payment data is collected or processed on this website.
