Who I Am

This website is operated by Tony Skoryk, based in Kyiv, Ukraine. You can reach me at tony@zenmarkup.com or through the contact form.

What Data I Collect

I collect only the information you voluntarily provide through the contact form:

• Name — to address you personally
• Email address — to respond to your inquiry
• Message — the content of your request

I do not use third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking cookies. The only information collected automatically is a first-party log of clicks on affiliate links, described under Affiliate Link Tracking below.

Why I Collect It

I process your data based on legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) — specifically, to respond to your inquiry. I do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or any other purpose.

How Long I Keep It

Contact form submissions are stored for 12 months from the date of submission. After that period, they are permanently deleted. If our communication continues, relevant correspondence may be retained for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and to meet any applicable legal retention periods.

Cookies

This website uses only essential cookies required for basic functionality (session management, security tokens). These cookies are strictly necessary and do not require your consent under the ePrivacy Directive. I do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party tracking.

Affiliate Link Tracking

Some recommendations on this site are affiliate links, served through /recommends/ redirect URLs. When you click one, the click is logged so I can see which recommendations are useful:

• Destination slug — which link was clicked
• Referring page — the page you clicked from
• Device type and browser language
• Timestamp

This log contains no login, name, or identity, and is never used for cross-site profiling or advertising. Records are stored for 90 days, then automatically deleted. Your IP address is used transiently for rate-limiting only (briefly hashed, discarded after 60 seconds) and is never stored in the click log. Lawful basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

Outbound Links

Clicking an affiliate link sends you to a third-party website (for example, Fiverr), which is governed by its own privacy policy. I have no control over how those sites collect or use your data once you leave this site.

Third Parties

Your data is not shared with, sold to, or accessed by any third parties, with one exception:

• Hostinger — the hosting provider, which processes data on EU-based servers under their own Data Processing Agreement

Your Rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data I hold about you
• Rectification — ask me to correct inaccurate data
• Erasure — ask me to delete your data (“right to be forgotten”)
• Restriction — ask me to limit how I process your data
• Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country of residence.

Data Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Form inputs are sanitized and validated server-side. No payment data is collected or processed on this website.
